The purpose of this SOP is to guide users through the process of canceling or changing their membership plans on our website.
This SOP applies to all users who wish to cancel or change their membership plans on our website.
To cancel or change your membership plan, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to the bottom right corner of the page and click on the "Account" button.
- Click on the "Billing" section.
- Under "Billing", click on the "View or Cancel Plans" button.
- You will see the list of plans that you are currently subscribed to.
- To cancel your plan, click on the "Cancel" button next to the plan you want to cancel.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
- If you want to join a new plan, click on the "Join New Plan" button.
- Follow the prompts to select and subscribe to your desired plan.
- You can also update your credit card information or view your charge history under the "Billing" section.
