Private classes with Alexia

I have taken Portuguese lessons with Alexia for several years. In a word — she is outstanding. Our lessons are entirely in Portuguese — although Alexia is completely fluent in English, so she is always there to help with a word or phrase if I don’t know how to say this in Portuguese. Lessons with her are upbeat. She is always enthusiastic, extremely encouraging — and totally spontaneous in her enviable ability to maintain an active flow of topics. Despite between an ocean apart from her — our lessons feel like I am sitting in a cafe with a good friend to “bater papo” and exchange ideas. Alexia is totally flexible in her approach — and happy to adapt to the needs and desires of the student. Detailed notes on new words and phrases are immediately sent to me after each lesson. In a word — Alexia is the IDEAL language teacher.
