We covered a lot of ground today, starting with the health stuff you've been dealing with since Covid — the recurring sinus issues, the inconclusive asthma test, and why it might finally be time to go back to the ENT. Alexia shared her dad's story too (double vision, a cardiologist finding three blocked arteries, a bypass and a catheterization) since it connected so well to what you were describing, and told the story of the night Foster dislocated his shoulder at the lake house. We talked about your nurse friend and how the "nurse practitioner" role doesn't really exist in Brazil or Portugal, your dad's retirement from workers' comp law, your own coffee-grinder finger accident, and wrapped up with medical tourism, insurance coverage, and your friend finishing his neurology residency in Brazil. Lots of real, useful medical vocabulary today.

Não resolveu o problema — It didn't fix the problem (resolver = to fix/resolve — "to fix something" is usually resolver, not "arrumar" or "corrigir")
